The information you submit is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Your name and email let us reply to you. Your message tells us what you are working on. Nothing more. We do not use your contact details for newsletters, automated follow-up sequences, or any outreach you did not initiate.
We Never Sell Your Data
Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop. Dirt Road Digital Solutions may work with trusted team members, contractors, and service providers when needed to complete work, maintain systems, or support customers. Information is only shared when necessary to provide the requested service or meet legal requirements.
Who Sees Your Information
Submissions are delivered to the owner operator of DirtRoad Digital Solutions via our secure form service. No third-party CRM, no marketing platform, no list broker. The only person reading your message is the person who will actually reply to it.
Data Retention
We retain your contact information only as long as it takes to respond to your inquiry and follow up if needed. We do not maintain a long-term database of contacts who have reached out and chosen not to work with us.
Your Rights
You can ask us to delete any information you have submitted at any time. Just send an email to josh@dirtroaddigitalsolutions.com with your request and we will take care of it promptly.
